形態特徵

• Rhizome long-creeping, dark-brown, 1.5-4.5 mm thick when dry, densely clothed with castaneous shining bristle-like hairs.
• Stipes distant, slender, 10-45 cm long, hispid at the base, muricate above, dark-brown to brown in color, shining, shallow canaliculate; lamina narrowly lanceolate, 22-60 cm long, 11-25 cm broad, firm-herbaceous, tripinnate, light green, the rachis zigzag, muricate or smooth, stramineous; pinnae numerous, alternate, ascending, short-stalked or subsessile, elongate-lanceolate, long-acuminate, the base subtruncate, the lower ones the largest, 6-18 cm long, 2.5-9 cm broad; pinnules numerous, short-stalied or sessile, elongate-lanceolate, 1-5 cm long, 0.5-1.8 cm broad, the base subtruncate; ultimate pinnules 5-14 jugate, oblong or broad-subulate, to 0.8 cm long by 0.3 cm broad; 2-5 aristate on each side, glabrous above and slightly pubescent beneath; veins free, simple or bifurcate in the pinnules.
• Sori marginal, not extending to the apex; indusia double, papyraceous. Spores broadly ellipsoidal or reniform, bilateral, white in color.
